I had Mark at WA VAC Solutions quote for the lot, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning and bird proofing of the panels. The quote was competitive and the service was excellent. I was kept informed of my upcoming booking and Mark arrived on time. The service was efficient and gutters and panels are spotless. In addition, a small amount of work was not required and the final invoice was reduced to reflect this. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

Pigeons are often misunderstood and underestimated. They are one of the most intelligent of birds, having been shown to have visual, numerical and memory abilities on par with some of the smartest species...that includes us, humans!* So, it's going to take a knowledgeable operator to convince them to vacate an area or structure that they've identified as 'home' and occupied in pest-proportions to the inconvenience and irritation of human occupants. Simplistic measures like extermination don't work long term. They just create space for new generations of pigeons to move in. It really takes someone who understands these birds, and how they live their lives, to design and deploy deterrents with the best chance of longer term effectiveness. Enter Mark! He came along, spent time up on our residential roof observing the behaviour of the flock of pigeons that are increasingly populating the local neighbourhood, and, in close and personable consultation with us, designed and installed deterrents accordingly. Total Poor Communication and Lack of care for customer service.I booked the job on the 23/07/2024. They advised, only availability to work was on the 14/08/2024. I was happy to wait.They did text sending a reminder that they would turn up at 1pm on the day. Waited on the scheduled day and time.I did called around 120pm and left a message. What a got back was a sms text after 1615hrs that he had equipment problems and would came around Friday. I rejected that arrangement as clearly it shows if you can't have the decency to call a client if you unable to do a work but send a sms text 2hrs later. I could imagine the communication on what I wanted done on my property. They wasted my time and day waiting. I cannot comment on his work but thought to share what I experienced dealing with Mark. I found a alternative company who was able to come out on short notice and had better communication.
