He came along, spent time up on our residential roof observing the behaviour of the flock of pigeons that are increasingly populating the local neighbourhood, and, in close and personable consultation with us, designed and installed deterrents accordingly. I was happy to wait.They did text sending a reminder that they would turn up at 1pm on the day. Waited on the scheduled day and time.I did called around 120pm and left a message. What a got back was a sms text after 1615hrs that he had equipment problems and would came around Friday. I rejected that arrangement as clearly it shows if you can't have the decency to call a client if you unable to do a work but send a sms text 2hrs later. I could imagine the communication on what I wanted done on my property. They wasted my time and day waiting. I cannot comment on his work but thought to share what I experienced dealing with Mark.
